Order Confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you a confirmation so you know it’s being prepared. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, and if it’s not there, reach out to us at support@nebula-avenue.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking link so that you can check the whereabouts of your parcel. You are on the tracking page to track the package.
Order Cutoff Time
For same-day processing, please place your order by 12:00 GMT. Orders made after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Processing Time
We’ll have your order carefully packed and ready to go within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to ensure it arrives in top condition.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, your items will be with you in approximately 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday). And here’s a little something extra: shipping is free!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with any damage or doesn’t quite match what you ordered, we’ll make it right! Just send a quick email to support@nebula-avenue.com with a photo, and we’ll sort it out in no time.

We’ll keep you updated if any unforeseen delays occur so you’re always in the loop.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—just email us at support@nebula-avenue.com before your order ships, and we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. If it’s already on its way, simply follow our return process once it arrives.
