Refund policy

We hope you absolutely adore your purchase from Nebula Avenue, but if it’s not quite what you imagined, here’s how to make a return or exchange simple and stress-free.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Just pop us an email at support@nebula-avenue.com to request a return form and the return address.

Conditions for Return
We happily accept returns on items that are unused and in their original condition with tags intact. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but rest assured, there’s no restocking fee!

Refunds
We process refunds within up to 7 days after receiving your return, and you’ll get a confirmation email when it’s all done.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or style, we’re here to help! Simply email support@nebula-avenue.com, and we’ll arrange an exchange to make sure you’re thrilled with your look.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t the right item, just snap a photo and email it to support@nebula-avenue.com. We’ll sort things out promptly to make it right.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order before it’s shipped? Drop us a line at support@nebula-avenue.com, and we’ll handle it. If it’s already on its way, just use our easy return process once it arrives.
